In spite of having to return early, I was able to deliver my Go Learn lecture on Andy Warhol, attend opening day of the exhibition at Tate Modern and enjoy the beauties of spring in the UK. There is a feeling similar to post 9/11 in New York; only in slow-motion and in reverse, sensing the approach of a great wave but not knowing exactly how big it will be. That admirable British quality of "keeping calm & carrying on" is fully intact. Many thanks to my brother Kevin & his wife Cathi for letting me hang out in their cozy guest room.
