A couple of years ago I received a commission from a Christmas enthusiast in Omaha (who happens to look a lot like Santa!) He is fond of California based See's Candy, as am I, and knew that I had painted it in years past. The result was this 24 x 24 in. oil on canvas. It was very enjoyable to spend the fall season working on this one as it got me into the Christmas spirit. As I was making my annual stop at the local See's yesterday I remembered this painting and how much fun it was to paint. Merry Christmas, Mark!
